I have two cars, but only insured one with Admiral last year. This year the renewal quote included both cars. My Audi R8 insurance substantially reduced, and my other car quote was cheaper than last year's Insurer. Very pleased

So much so I decided to upgrade to platinum cover and still saved almost halve on my monthly payments. Thank you so much

I had to phone Admiral to clarify a couple of things. Megan the agent I spoke to was first class, and was able to clarify my queries, in a polite and professional manner.

3 hours agoGreat. I have been migrated from more than to admiral. I was apprehensive T first. I must say everything’s been great. Recd my docs price wasnt quite competitive. Got through on the phone the advisor managed to get a discount. She needed to call me back due to a system issue and she actually did. Which I was shocked by ha. Thanks admiral great so far

3 hours agoThe customer service agents who spoke to me were very kind and helpful, giving me information that was easy to understand. As my credit card had been debited twice, this necessitated a second phone call. This call was answered extremely quickly and efficiently with the agent able to inform me that a credit had already been made to my account. Most satisfactory.

8 minutes agoFirstly, the price quoted seemed reasonable and the cover provided for the price was good. The website was easy to use but the back up of having the ability to speak with an adviser, who was very helpful, made the decision to move an easy one to make. The ability to have human contact is still vital for many people. You may not need to use it, but it should be there.

14 hours agoCalling the customer number is a rather long procedure and in an emergency
it may be nerve breaking. However once you are through they can resolve your queries rather swiftly. The price was better than many other quotes I was given for similar requirements.

13 hours agoHad to pay alot of money in advance for emergency treatment for our dog. It's now been almost 2 months and despite Admiral saying they've got all the info they need, I've had no recompense nor are they answering any emails. Everytime ive tried to call im on hold so long the line eventually goes dead. Insurance is supposed to save you having to pay out large amounts unexpectedly but clearly not here. Absolutely shocking service.

Come back to me after the first year and we will see how you are doing, but at the moment it's been really easy to get set up and everything was laid out and explained.

Then due to a small issue with my application, I had a call with the customer service team and that was quickly and effectively resolved in no time. It was super easy to change my insurance and I got a great deal based on what my original insurance company was wanting to charge for the new renewal period.

14 hours agoWhen I spoke with the agent she was very helpful, explained the policy and gave very good unbiased advice. Explained that I had time to think about the product I was taking. As my previous one had some days before it ran out. There was no pushing to take sign up and pay.
